Training the Week of July 12th

We are off to a great start with our summer training program in preparation for the 2021 fall season. The guys who have been coming out are going to be in great shape in time for the fitness tests during tryouts in August.

There are no organized team training sessions the week of July 12th. Please run three miles, three different time during this week. The goal is 24 minutes for the three miles. That’s an eight-minute mile, which will help you be ready for our fitness tests.

More details about the training for the rest of the summer is available here. Don’t forget to get your physicals so you are eligible to tryout.
